I'm confused.

Do you need a Level 120 Cygnus to earn Empress' Strengthening Skill on an Adventurer?

Because, the part about where you can earn the Cygnus Skill on a non-Ultimate Adventurer confuses me xD

If you can get Empress' Strengthening on a non-Ultimate Adventurer, that's 40 Blessing max.. rather than 24 Blessing max from the 120 Cygnus.
Isn't that better? or am I wrong?

Attack skills on non-ultimate adventurers you get through quests, I'm sure the same goes for the other skill. You do not need a level 120 Cygnus for anything other than creating an ultimate adventurer. Empress strenghtening has nothing to do with blessing, it is just a skill to let u wear equips earlier than the level req. A 120 Cygnus gives your account 24 points in the new blessing and it does not stack with BoF, which will be canceled out if the new blessing gives a better buff.

Yea, sounds like you got it. Oh, the Ultimate adventurer also gets some kind of outfit too, but it aint really that great.

Have to say thought that as UA You should have the Cygnus skill maxed way sooner then any other regular adventurer class. The quest seems to be one of the hardest, longest quests ever...
And you can only get one Skill point for that special skill every 10 levels.

Do note, however, that the drop rate for the quest items is absolutely horrendous. From what I've heard, it's worse than the paper quest in Neo City.

From what people have been saying, it's something like one item per hour on the family drop bonus.
