Suppose this is another upside to less patching. More focusing on banning.

So I guess eventhough less patches gives hackers more time to hack. But then again it gives Nexon to watch and ban hackers more. If they do this every week then I dont mind waiting for patches so much.

Of course, 90% of that list is made up from meso farmers as usual. Nothing new to see here folks.

Anything to keep the economy and Meso:NX ratio from being ruined anymore than it already is is good for me.

As always, those that only lost their accounts will simply make new accounts. For the ones that where IP banned and dedicated to the game, there are always IP proxies.

Also, I highly doubt they banned 13116 users. Its either 13116 characters or accounts that are banned.

You can't perma ban characters...only accounts...

Then why are they listing character names? And wouldnt banning the account also ban the character?

They list the names because listing the account IDs is stupidly irresponsible as a company, though it doesn't really matter since the accounts are permabanned. What's the point of posting the IDs when the community has no idea which characters belong to those accounts? The top WH getting banned we know about because they list the characters and not the IDs.

And yeah, banning the account also bans the character, which is why your post doesn't make sense. o.o

I usually look over the list and laugh at the stupid names that are no more Tongue

The cool ones make me tear up inside a bit, knowing I could've potentially had, and maintained a name as a legit.

Just throwing this out there, and maybe its not the best thing to do but...

If a cool name appears on that ban list, does that mean its free or permanently lost for good? Because if its a good name i might want it...Hurt
