Do you sleep with the light(s) on or off?

That said, if I actually choose to go to sleep of my own free will, I turn the lights off first. Naturally.

Yeah, this.

I used to sleep with the TV on, because I'd fall asleep while watching it. I guess that's a light.

I can sleep anywhere, so whether the lights're on or off dont bother me. However, when I'm at home, I HAVE to turn off the lights before I sleep, just because I cant sleep as I feel as if something is incomplete and wont be able to sleep till I do it (same with brushing my teeth). That being said, I wish it wasnt so, as I usually read on my bed under my blankets (especially when its cold) before I sleep, so its really a hassle to get up, walk over to the door and turn off the lights (I wish I could set my phone as a remote control for the lights >_<).

Fell asleep with the lights off last night. Felt a little bit better.

slept on keyboard once; used to sleep on hard wood floor on hot summer;
brightness doesn't matter (except strong light)
but sensitive to noise (background noise is ok)
