Lion King's Castle...pleas no.

I dont know how I fell about less patches...if they lift their game and start actually fixing things it might work out.

Apparently Nexon has rollbacks too... Of their payroll!

Or: lolmaplestory, they update this game too much, i go look at other games instead.

So basically, they're slowing down because they only just realized we've almost caught up to KMS.

That's even assuming they put in the entire castle and not just the boss fight as the blog seems to imply...

Meanwhile, Nexon says, high level players can:
1) Kill whatever free-spawning boss (anego, pianus, samurai, tengu, toad) you can catch. Good luck with that :trollface.jpg
2) Solo Pap twice daily. Hey, 1% is better than nothing.
3) Solo Zakum twice daily. Of course there are only 3 channels per server to do it on, so only about 50 people can actually get to do this, but what do we at Nexon care?
4) Solo Bodyguard A, Bodyguard B, and Grandpa boss once daily. If you're high enough level and can get ahold of anego's comb (see 1).
5) Kill HT, if you're one of the first 30 to attempt this after a maintenance, and are strong enough to solo and rich enough for wheels (we at Nexon appreciate your $$).
6) Kill Chaos Zakum. You get a choice between doing it in a party for less experience, or solo for more wheels ($$$ again, yum). Only one channel per server, btw.
7) Kill Chaos HT and/or PB. Yeah, not quite feasible for everyone who now lacks a training area...

What if you're a class not made for bossing? Or don't enjoy it? Or can't find a channel? Too bad. You can try training at your old hunting grounds, skeles or ToT. Yeah, the exp sucks now, but 2%/hour will still level you... eventually... might even gain two levels by Spring if you're dedicated enough...

And oh yeah, while you're waiting, why not cube your gear? You know, so when you do get something to train on, you can demolish it? Buy some NX today!

I'm REALLY not surprised by this. When I saw they started putting things in patches earlier and released them in a later maintenances. Then after it was done you have patch for about 2 minutes. They did the Halloween event like that, with the Dark tokens and such. If anything at least they even announced and gave you an idea when it's going to be released. They could have just been D-bags and just did filler patches until spring and not have even said anything. But at least we know now. Yeah I'm dissapointed to about Lion Heart (Lion King ) coming in march. But then again, we aren't really suppose to know about content unless they tell us. We only know because of KMS and other versions. So we just hype ourselves up.

But I'm still iffy on the Patch updates being spread apart. Hackers won't have to update hacks. But maybe, just MAYBE they will do them in sever checks.

I'm the only one worried that once LHC/LKC gets to gMS hackers will just go there and literally dominate every single map and maybe even charge players who want to train there? I'm not saying that Nexon is so careless to the point of letting hacks spread like that, but it could happen, couldn't it?

I don't think that LHC is like BF. There's more than 1 good map and (not dumb) people will train in 6 person parties. But for hackers, yeah, but there is pretty much no real hacks outside WH bomb thing.

The map hogging hackers want mesos to sell for dollars though, not many hack for levels. Freaks like the ones dominating HT and such aint got the numbers to do something like that.

Also, for the nerf thing. Nah.

Neo City was created by kMS. Nexon America is incapable of nerfing something just for the sake of it. And we don't really have anything from kMS that's nerfed, do we?

It happens in broa, some hacker just lock you and then ask for mesos to unlock you, same with HT/PB, the said hacker whisp someone from the squad(usually the leader) and ask for x amount of mesos, if the hacker dont get paid, they all get dced. always happened in broa, since 2009? yeah i think so.

Hackers in maplestory? Say it aint so....lol. This has been my chief complaint about nexon right from the start. If they are going to basically do nothing to stop the hackers then they should at least help those affected by hackers. By help, I mean not sending an automated response to a ticket. Customer service is not that hard to provide, especially with a company of this size. Hell, they dont even have to have people working in the building for that. Many companies have work from home customer service reps.
