GameLauncher not working (Win7)

I'd updated to V95, manual patch, tried starting GameLauncher, and nothing happened. Tried again, same thing.
Brought up Task Manager, tried again, and GameLauncher.exe and MapleStory.exe both showed up on the process list but disappeared shortly after.

Any idea on how to fix this or should I just give in and start from the website (Which is stupid as hell, MapleStory's not a damn browser game.)

Try Right-Clicking and "Run as Administrator" or add GameLauncher.exe to your user account permissions.

Did both.
Should also note that GameLauncher worked fine with V94.

Check your Task Manager and see if MapleStory.exe is running. If it is, close it and try again.

Let me know what happens.

Okay... not a permissions or executable issue...

What Anti-Virus and/or Anti-Malware software do you run, and is it up to date?

I use Windows Security Essentials, and as far as I know it's up to date.

Did you have any type of multi-client in your maplestory folder? some of my friends used those multi-client DLL's, and after updating to .95, the game just didnt execute at all, they had to redownload the full client and do a clean installation to make maple work again.

Here is an easy fix
In the short cut paste this but edit it to you computer locations
"C:\Nexon\MapleStory\MapleStory.exe GameLaunching"

Same problem, "WerFault.exe" shows up right away [after I pineappleed with the permissions the game launcher won't even work anymore] and closes everything, no error report given. Tried to run through the website, but because I keep my MS on a flashdrive it doesn't think it's installed unless I copy the folder over and delete it when I'm done here. ._.

im on win7 64bits, and it just work fines, both on my computer and netbook(win7 32bits).

I do have the korean language pack installed on my win7 64bits, idk if it make any difference.

I think you can also just turn off the UAC feature as well for the same result.

Obelisk, they deleted your thread, all I get is the old Basil banner when I click that link.

Edit: It won't run on my other XP either... wtp....
Is there any way to stop it from asking me to install the game if I already have it? I copied the files from the comp I use regularly over there to the same path but whenever I open game launcher, it doesn't work, and if I go through site, it starts downloading the game....

I tried to download it since it won't work off my flash drive, it downloaded the whole file or whatever through Nexon's downloader and then gave me Error -60: Download failed. :E
My XP works though so idk if they did something this morning.
