Patch? Can someone explain?

When I started MapleStory today, it started patching.

Last time I played MapleStory was last night, I even have 9 Fruit Rollups, Cookies, etc. to prove it. Maybe my MapleStory is being weird, who knows?

If the patching stops at that number again, I'll just redownload the whole client.

As for this problem, i had something similar happen when it used the incorrect patcher. All I did was switch patchers, though that's not gonna help you...

Maybe it's suppose to fix the faulty map.wz file?

Aight, it stopped there again. All I wanted to do was use Assassinate...

I'll just redownload the game. Thanks for the suggestions, though.

Aight, it's fixed after I reinstalled MapleStory.

It must've been Avast! messing with it, since it started to act a bit paranoid when I tried opening MapleStory.

I use Avast! too, it went fine on my PC, I was able to log onto Maple with no problem... And because I have it auto DLing all the updates every day... it should be new too... I don't know what might be wrong in your case.
