I told you guys that Mechanic did not got nerfed DMG Wise.

Still many are saying , THey GET HELL NERFED, THEY SUCK BADLY

I agree that Mechanics tank skill should not be available for bosses, but I think what really should be nerfed is potential system.

I can't see tiny bit of balance or fairness in people who can get 40k range, just for using a fortune on cubes.

Maybe, BUT:
Laser Blast got nerfed by like 40% iirc.
The biggest nerf was cooldowns. magnetic field got a big big cooldown, and all the mech skills got slower. A LOT slower.

Yep, Laser Blast lost 10% DMG but seriously 10%DMG isnt that big!

Their Bossing Ability are still the same Big Grin, just lvl quick before chaos patch, then u happy.

It was kinda unfair to have the best DPM in Game + High Mobility + High Defence

Drill Rush got massively nerfed in speed, that's why Mechs suck total balls now...

It's not the damage that got nerfed, it's the gameplay itself that Nexon fcked up...

Just don't create a Mech, it's a waste of space when Chaos comes to gMS...

It's like Nexon would put a cooldown on Flash Jump for Night Lords... Then 95% of the Thieves would quit MS...

Are you not one of those complaining about balance between classes? wtp are you talking about here then? I doubt mechanics "suck" after Chaos. Surely it's the same thing that people were saying about dual blades after Big bang. They can be slower and even weaker compared to themselves before the chaos patch, but I'm sure they still stand in a nice place compared to other jobs. Maybe you can show us some proofs through videos.

Not that I want to get off topic but considering the HP that new monsters and bosses have, potential system shouldn't get nerfed. Instead, they need to improve the chances of getting good potential from dropped equipment with potential. it's totally absurd that from 100 items you get with hidden pot, only 1 turns out good and only 1 out of 10000 mill can match a cubed item.

The potential system was changed IIRC. I've been saying this all along and I bet more than 50% of that mechs power comes from the summons>.> I wanna see same guy same level same equips fight without his summons then we'll see what the time is. The electric field does constant and add in those robots exploding like what two every 1 sec? Yeah thats alot to factor in.

I believed they were nerfed more on their early jobs (such as drill rush) than they were in 4th job. However a recent kMS update changed the range of some mechanic skills, so it's gonna be a long time before you see a Mechanic take down Zakum that fast.

As for the potential system, I think it'd be a lot better if each item can get one line of potential and only one line of potential. But it's too late for that.

Did you click on the range percentages? I think one skill was increased horizontally, but decreased vertically.

Damage =/= Gameplay... Drill Rush is a Mech's Flash Jump skill, not a damage skill, aka a Signature Attack.

All the classes are quite well balanced after Big Bang, damage wise, also Mechs... and I can't be bothered if they get nerfed in damage to be equal to other classes... it's just.. DON'T nerf gameplay... it kills the class...

The -real- problem is the potential system that destroyed maple beyond repairs. Most likely that Mech in the 8 second papu kill vid spend about 10.000 dollars on NX cubing, resulting in a 30.000~60.000 attack range, and don't forget that the skill he uses, can only be used 1/3rd of the time. He's can't sustain that DPS at Zakum/Horntail/etc...

I can make every class as unbalanced as I want on my pserver and post a vid from that on youtube... There isn't much difference between people with 500% potential equips and playing on a Pserver with +999 attack equips...

Nexon will never nerf their children casino cash cow system... Illegal casino / gambling systems make the owners lots of money, so this does for Nexon...

More often than not, nerfs don't do ENOUGH to make a class balanced. The nerfs to mechs were pretty conservative.

Drill rush is NOT a flash jump skill it's a mob skill. It's mostly paralleled to corkscrew blow.
