Missing at Singapore?

Is the avoid of monsters in Singapore now insanely high?

Because, despite my Battle Mage having 786 Magic Accuracy, I'm missing monsters fairly persistently despite being several levels higher.
I can't find anywhere that has their current avoid listed so I have no idea why this is happening.

Nexon AM screwed up the avoid on all Singapore mobs. They're hard to hit, even being above their level, due to having so much avoid.

I still miss level 80 mobs being level 85.
The avoid of those is so much messed up, that warriors tend to miss them even with a 10+ level difference.

I saw a level 114 Dawn Warrior missing on Galloperas, level 94 mobs.

It seems to me that Singapore mobs rely purely on Physical Accuracy. On my Battle Mage, when I went up to 22x Physical Accuracy from 18x, I noticed a fair amount of misses gone, however still missed an amount.

I was above their level as well(me being 10x) with 9xx Magic Accuracy at Galloperas(level 94)

Accuracy is useless now. You're missing them because you're underleveled.

Regardless, my db, with high Physical Accuracy still misses Galloperas infrequently. I have some accuracy potentialed stuff and I will see if it makes a (significant) difference.

Also, my accuracy is far from low. I'd have more than enough accuracy to hit Pink Bean if not for the -5% accuracy per level clause of the accuracy formula.

I should have more than enough accuracy to hit them.

It does seem that I miss less and less every time I level though, so I'm inclined to believe something is broken there.

I miss galloperas at 144, for what it's worth.

Avoid in singapore is so damn high that it actually factors in now.

It is in fact not accurate; they are +10 from normal mobs.

Normal 90 mob: 81 acc (9^2) - derived from level 90, (level/10)^2 is the normal formula.
Singapore 90 mob: 361 acc (19^2)

That's accuracy though. Misses would be a result of monster Avoid, not accuracy.
Hidden-Street does in fact report their Avoid as 364 (which I can't verify is any more correct than 361).

Still, again, it doesn't explain why a Battlemages and Dual Bladers are missing.
In your case, you actually have less than the require accuracy, but neither of the other classes do.
I guess I'll drive my Pali out to see if he misses (has over 364 accuracy).

Note: Furious Targa and Scarlion avoid are 784 (Much higher than Pink Bean)!! Non-boss monsters in SG and MY have 300+ avoidability, while in Maple World, the highest avoid should be 225 instead.

Note: To obtain 100% hit rate, your accuracy >= mobs avoidability and your level >= mobs level.

I'm still not sure why you still can miss despite of the high magic accuracy. The SG and MY might still not fully apply to the mobs avoid formula.

with Papulatus cape(+420acc) I can get to over 640acc and I still missed them, being lvl 123
