If the checksums don't match, you have a corrupted maple folder. This, together with the fact you get an error while installing, makes me think you really do have internet problems. Try downloading it (folder\installation, doesn't matter) through torrents, they have automatic integrity checks.

If People can download it and help upload it, that would be great because my speed isn't the best, and it can be unreliable sometimes after a snow storm.

Ok so it was you, i switched to my faster Internet, it not crazy fast, but faster, hope it works because it does give me more problems then the slower one.

OK give it time, not sure if its the tracker or me, if my faster Internet doesn't stop giving my problems ill switch over to the first one(70-80) until i could get the faster one going.
Sorry for all the problems, going to leave the faster one on for a bit longer, if it still doesn't go ill switch to the slower, so you could be at least be getting something while i find out whats up with the faster one.(One is slow for browsing the web and the other is for torrents and downloads.)

Thanks for everyone's help but I'm giving up. I've had more than enough problems with this to be willing to quit. I'm kind of sick of trying to fix it like I have for the past week, I don't think it's going to work, so...

That goes from 001 to 020 (change the URL for each part), where each part is 100 MB, save for the last part which is 3 MB. You'll need 7-zip to extract it. It's uploading as we speak so give it a bit of time. Probably 30 minutes and it should be uploaded.

I really appreciate you trying but it still doesn't seem to work. I downloaded and extracted everything, run GameLauncher.exe, HSShield starts up and then I get an error message saying Maple stopping responding and was closed, due to BEX.

Yeah, since it was mentioned earlier in this thread, I'm starting to think it might have something to do with my download. I've tried everything else.
Would anyone be kind enough to upload and seed a torrent for me? I think it's a stable way of transferring packets.
