Oh boy, its been quite a while since anything has appeared about iTCG..

Although the online version is no longer available, are WalMart/Target still carrying/selling them?

Doubt it. It was discontinued some time ago. I doubt the codes even work. That's all anyone ever bought the booster packs for.

Not that they're even usefull anymore to begin with.

Because of the potential system, level 71+ items trump all the itcg rewards like the scg's.

This is also probably an early hint as to when Nexon final gave up on Masteria, which I think was around March ~ June of 2009 when the stores stopped restocking the cards.

eBay, Amazon... stuff like that maybe. The codes still work.
