Power Rangers

Whats your favorite season and why? Do you still watch it? I'll start. My favorite is Lost Galaxy, Lightspeed Rescue, and Time Force. Why? I don't know they're just awesome to me. Still love the original Mighty Morphing though.

MMPR was good. Mostly everything else was terribad. I thought "Power Rangers in Space" was okay though, but they only aired that on TV like once or some sh`it, I haven't seen it on TV since. The newer Power Rangers all sucked. Even Dino Thunder, even if I they had Tommy back, it was still sh`it. Though I guess Adam made a guest-appearance like once.

The first MMPR until it was renamed into Zeo or something (I don't know) was THE best in my opinion.

Best Zords, best story, and didn't feel like I was wasting my time while watching it like these newer ones.

Although, Zeo (if that's the one with the shapes in the masks) was pretty good. I always wanted to be like that little kid who grew into a tall kiss-ass Power Ranger.

MMPR was the best.

But I still like Dino Thunder more. I love dem dinosaurs.

Ninja Storm I enjoyed.

Anything that Disney touched, NO. Carranger (aka Power Rangers Turbo) was a parody of the sentai series meaning Turbo was a parody of Power Ranger series, so NO.

The reason MMPR is the best is because we all grew up with it, had Tommy, AND it has the best opening ever so it's obviously the bestest for those reasons alone. If you ask which Sentai series is the best you'll get different opinions, since obviously it's the Japanese's original instead of an Americanized version.

Others that deserve mentions are "In Space" for tying up the entire Zordon era (read: 6 seasons worth) of storylines and saved the Rangers franchise after the fail that Turbo Ranger was. Time Force had one of the most faithful adaptations of the original Sentai storyline; basically if you compare the storyline to Timeranger it'll be nearly the exact same thing except for the cast. I heard Wild Force also had a really faithful storyline adaptation. but since I haven't watched the whole series I can't really have a say.

Lightspeed Rescue will always have a spot n my heart for one reason only: Super Train Megazord.

Although you gotta admit the Japanese name is really awesome: GRAND LINER. The funny thing for the Japanese counterpart is apparently it was so damn powerful that it sent an electrical feedback back to the Rangers when it did its ultimate attacks, a la Sith Lightning at them.

And honestly I heard the original Japanese version of Operation Overdrive, Boukenger, is made of win and awesome, something Disney obviously failed to adapt to the American version.
