Albert Einstein might have thought differently but at least he still has a logical reason to follow through with his opinions. Jamie made her statements and could not back them up. The arguments have progressed to the point where she appears to have to resort to fallacious counters. Yes people have the right to an opinion, but unfortunately Jamie consistently fails to back them up and refuses to accept the possibility that her reasoning is wrong. I'll finish this off with some quotes from Jamie:

To be fair, you're all essentially shitting on this either as sheep, or personal vendetta's. The thread is still up, therefore eos' only stated an opinion, not a judgement. And that opinion was it probably won't do anything, I don't think that's entitled too "Stfu were tired of your posts".

It's not changing the outcome when the people who are voting for the 4th option would not have voted for the other three in the first place. It's also not like she can't just ignore #4 and only compare the results of #1 through #3, but here's the kicker - What the hell is she going to use the info in this vote for? No. Is she going to file *gasp* 24 tickets to Nexon about how horrible they are to add to the sea of thousands? Probably not even that. What is she using it for? Absolutely nothing. It serves no purpose. You can't ruin something that had no purpose or value to begin with, any more than you can derail a funhouse thread. This thread is a joke. The entire Call To Action forum proved that abundantly.

You posted an idiotic thread that serves no purpose, gave it no specific direction and has no actual impetus, message, goal or function.
That has absolutely nothing to do with who you are as a person. Anyone could've posted this and I'd have done the same thing, for the exact same reason. Hell, Fiel & I are responsible for the entire Call To Action forum and before that the TalkToNexon forum, both of which were absolute failures for the exact same reasons. Neither of us is so caught up on self-worship and trying to force everyone else to see/recognize/respect our supreme intelligent that we can't see the reality of of our own mistakes though and admit what didn't/doesn't/can't work. You've proceeded to whine about how horribly persecuted you are through this and several other threads when the underlying problem hasn't changed - You give your thoughts and the moment someone disagrees with them or points out the lack of logic or reasoning in them you go on a tirade rather than addressing the actual issues at hand.

So let's fix this.
Rather than focusing on you you you why don't you go back to square one on this thread and tell us what it was supposed to accomplish and how.

That was my comparison, and I was not comparing her "intellectual" status to Einstein's in any way, only that people tried to pomegranate on him the entire time and look what he did for modern science.

After reading through Jamie's posts again and the other posts, it seems I was mistaken.

That pretty much covers the general consensus here.
This isn't mob mentality either as some are trying to claim, this is people independently reviewing her behavior and statements and arriving at the same conclusion.

This thread was given funhouse-ish amnesty up until now regarding the flaming going on in it because it was occurring on all sides, but that's gone too far.

..? What? I did not buy any NX and I experience no problems at all when I go in the Cash Shop to get Torr's Horn or check out some equips for example. I do not have any problems, but I still find this thread idiotic. You know there's nothing you can and the hacking at the Christmas tree proves it.

It's kind of stupid to create a thread for every mistake Nexon makes. Compare the good things to the bad things since the Big Bang patch. The only bad things I can name is the hacking at the Christmas tree and El Nido's downtime twice. The good things are that I can now enjoy every part of the game; level up by not wasting 2x cards and family buffs, bossing without being disconnected, enjoy new skills and much more.

One thing my 1st writing professor in college taught me was that the goal of writing for readers is to consider the audience and deliver your information in the most efficient way possible. To make sure you pack readers with as much information with as little 'fluff' as possible. There's no point in using 300 words to express what could be clearly stated in 50 for example. There's no reason to use technical words when your audience is, say, a league of young gamers and not a group of literature buffs. It's not about having the fanciest, elegant words, its about choosing your words wisely.

But to an extent, that's what's keeping you from being a good writer and succeeding at getting your point across. This isn't a matter of dumbing it down either, before my point gets generalized: as its clear this forum does have intelligent readers.

You cannot convince anyone if you don't counter their arguements, and not the statements related to it: such as Kevo's first point of that this will have no impact and to wait it out. Asking 'how long should we wait' does not address the arguement, which is denying that we could have any impact. This goes both ways, you both must make an understandable point and be able to understand the main points of others to make progress here.

To be on topic, i agree with Kevo: there's very little evidence showing we can influence Nexon this way. Prove this claim wrong. Once that's done, then I and possibly others will be convinced this could go somewhere.

this is a good arugment for why good players turn bad like finding ways to exploit this game, with a games as huge as this one, simple mistakes like this should be address promptly. any idiot knows customer service is the key to retaining customers. i'm not a business major/finance or in the marketing field , but i know enough to say [B]the customer is always right [/B] when a company act in such a laze fair attitude, either it doesn't care about the community or it feels like it has absolute control over us that it doesn't have to please the masses anymore. i must say this game is very addictive that is the only reason we allow such bab behavior and we kept coming back, just like someone that suffers from battered woman sydrome . i to suffer from this condition, but i just can't help it, which each new content its like a new form of drugs we get high and after a while we need a better kick, because i'ts not working like it used too. i could go on and on, but i would make myself seen like a bludering fool.

NEXON really is not entitled to offer us any help what so ever because we don't pay them. We don't have to pay them thats our choice as the player. Realize that theres MANY free MMORPGS out there who offer NO help to their players what so ever. For goodness' sake, nobody has insulted you. It's also quite apparent you don't think like many others here, but this isn't the problem.

The problem is you are guilty of the very things you are preaching to us. The irony built up in this thread is probably enough to feed an entire country. I am also unsure as to why you are denying Eos the right to have an opinion about anything that is discussed on Southperry.

I think we've been open to you, we do share ideas and different point of views. However, it's pretty clear you are the one trying to limit this. We let you express your ideas, but some of us don't agree with you (which you encourage). When we ask for a reason why you think you are right, you just avoid the question, refuse to accept any other opinions besides your own, and then blame us for offending/insulting you. Not only are you weakening your own stance, but the attitude you are displaying toward us makes us lose respect for you. We aren't trying to change you, we are asking you to explain your feelings. Obviously, our posts aren't having much of an effect on you since we've been stating the same thing over and over but you refuse to absorb anything. On our side, we aren't being given anything to absorb.
