Guys, how do you feel about "The Guessing Game"?

For ones that have been on dates, relationships, or even with close chick-friends. I am personally, against it. I can take and understand sarcasm, but whenever my exs were to say something, they usually meant something else. F`uck that. I didn't want to play a guessing game. With my 2nd ex, I just told her "Oh hey, just a quick fyi, I don't like playing the guessing game. "

I was serious. Why do girls do this? Why. WHY. A lot of girls I know do this to their guys too, I don't get it. It's annoying. It's not cute. I mean, is that some kinda weird way to attempt to be Tsundere? I MEAN wtp MANG. /raje

A lot of women aren't very forward when it comes to relationships and stuff, and they expect you to know what they're talking about. The best you can do is read their body language and listen to her tone of voice or something. Knowing what she really means will just impress her more.

It's part of being a charming dude! Not like I'm particularly good at it, but if I guess wrong I'll just go "oh" then start doing the exact opposite.

EDIT: Unless they get mad about it. Then I'll just go "oh" then do nothing.

It sucks, but you'll get better at it with practice. At least I did and I'm the most clueless bastard out there.

I've had this talk with my girlfriend, she's straight forward most of the time now. But she still sometimes does it because if I know what she means (which is most of the time now), there's a connection, a bond. Then love stuff ensues and that's a lot of win right there.

I hardly ever do this, and if I do, my guy will just say "no" if I ask him to guess anything. Now, I'm fine with that, but I know that would piss a lot of other girls off. I think one major reason girls are so indirect, if not because they are a peach, is because they are shy. If your girl still does this to you after she's warmed up to you, maybe it's just her personality. But I know that a lot of girls will do this to "test the waters" and gauge your reactions to see if they can further relate to you. It's a twisted way of getting to know more abut you, I guess. I honestly find that sort of thing more trouble then it's worth, but I've never been typical.

I'm involved in one right now. It sucks. Except not only do I have to "guess" what I pineappleed up, apparently she isn't even going to talk to me until we go back to school because shes busy, so I am really just involved in a guessing game with myself caused by her....
