No sightings in Bellocan so far.
I had three characters set up for 3 channels and no Jaira in any. >.<

Camping a map reduces your chances of finding one to 10%. You'd want to CC all the different map IDs.
Anyways on Broa I checked 9, 8, 6, 5 and 1 on all ch at midnight. Didn't find anything, or someone already captured.
I checked 0, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 at 12:15. still didn't find anything =S

I really hope someone finds the map id. I sorta want the id to be a secret though, or everyone will just camp. ><

The map ID might be random though. I think the most important thing to figure out right now would be the exact time. It'd be a good thing if people camped then, so that it would be possible to get to the lower IDs like 1 or 2

Yeah... either the times given are wrong, or we're all just very unlucky, including me. I've been constantly CC'ing and checking every channel for 2 hours or so now, from 2:00 AM to just now. (I'm Eastern time.) I didn't see a single one. No blue messages. Haven't even seen another person finding one, or anyone riding one. Absolutely nothing. Hell, I even went to the different maps on the same channel numerous times (any chance I had to do so), and still nothing.
This is maddening. After seeing all these people claim they got it around 12 - 12:30 AM PST, I was really hopeful to get one tonight, so now I'm pretty crushed.

Maybe it spawns around midnight ever 48 hours...Seems like its been 2 days between the sightings.

I ran into a player in Bellocan who got lucky and found one - she said it spawned exactly on the hour at Midnight PST (2:00 AM for me). That was the only person I ran into who had found one, and I'm not sure of the map as she had been moving through channels looking for another one for a friend.
It could be 48 hours, but you'd think more would have been found - unless each Jaira is spawned on a random map in each channel (so channel 1 could be map 7, channel 2 could be map 3, etc) and thus why very few (if any) are found because no one makes it to maps 5-10 (or in the more deserted servers, maps 3-10).
I'd almost argue it would just be one per server except that I've seen a SS showing multiple ones spawning all around the same time, so that's out. :/

Mayb it's one jaira per channel in one of the 10 maps. Therefore, only very few or even none may seem to appear when they spawn as we usually only visit the first few maps.

Fiel Wrote:Yes, there is a way to do it. It doesn't even require packet decryption. Hold on. I'm going to edit this post.
EDIT: Okay this is what I have to do for Win7 64-bit.
1. Log in to your character in the game.
2. ALT+TAB out
3. Open the registry
4. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Wizet\MapleStory\siFieldID which is type REG_DWORD
Could you or someone explain exactly how to do this, namely, step 3?

Also you might need to do CTRL-F and type in sifieldid to search for it in your registry.

I don't understand what he/she meant with CTRL + F'ing sifieldid. Or I'm being a retard.

I think he means the wording is bad, try to rephrase it so it's understandable.

Thank you.
So, after you run regedit, to make things faster, CTRL+F the siFieldID (which makes more sense that way because all in lowercase seemed like blabble) key.

Since the registry is rather huge, and might not be the same as Fiel's registry, it is faster to use Regedit's built-in search function to find sifieldid.
Once running Regedit, press CTRL and F keys at the same time.
Type 'sifieldid' into the 'Find what' box, press Enter or else 'Find Next' button.
Wait a bit depending how fast you computer is.
Done.
(This is for XP, I don't know how different Vista or 7 might be)

Yeah, I posted too slowly and forgot to edit after I read the other posts. Thanks for the clarification anyway.
