White Christmas Hill Event Ruined

As of me writing this, according to my knowledge, about half of the channels of the White Christmas Hill map have hackers in them (Yellonde).

They sit in the middle, and vacuum-hack all of the snowflakes. Tree-cycle restarts. They stay AFK and hack again when the tree explodes. Rinse and repeat.

Are any other servers experiencing this too? It's really frustrating, because the channels that don't have hackers in them are completely full.

Yeah, I believe most of the other worlds are having this problem.

I've noticed that all the vac hackers are using pets? Try to avoid channels with pets maybe? Nexon should really look into this/Get the GMs to do some work for once.

While tree was going to explode, the map will lag, so be it for players
for players freshly entered will have lesser lag
so when tree explodes u enter the map and u will be able to loot of them

Mass white scroll deflation, i wish they would have banned pets in the map because first of all item pouch on its own is rigged so if u just afk in there with it you'll always loot. Now hackers use a type of vac with a pet, well I'm glad i got a maple weapon on the 1st day.

i would wish they could limit the amount of people that can enter the map or GM could put a ban list for someone to enter the map

I don't see why they feel the need to vac these things.. there isn't much to gain from that event anyways other then that 2x drop thing. Kinda lame and these hackers made it even lamer.

Even if you avoid channels with pets, some vaccer will waltz in right as the tree explodes and nab everything.

Ugh, I was looking forward to this event but it's so flawed I just said forget it. I doubt Nexon will do anything about it either. Guess I'll try to pawn some crap to save up for white scrolls.

If WS are 80m, I'm afraid it's probably the same as the old Pitch Chaos Hack event thing. Same concept so it wouldn;t suprise me if Nexon dropped the ball again.

I'm all for deflation especially on such a good item but I wish everyone had a shot at it. Semi-related; the drop buffs from this event dont last as long as they say. Good to use right before a boss kill but otherwise useless.

Yeah, this is really why I decided to say "eff it" with this event. Either hackers ruin it or Nexon will somehow undo it, meaning it's not worth the trouble either way.

Pretty impossible. There are usually like 2 people stacked on the right with pets on every channel. They just sit there all day long.

And it's not even people with pets either. Some person was vaccing by themself. Just sitting in a chair.

I predicted something similar to the Chaos Scroll event would happen and it looks like I'm right. Now, I'm just waiting for White Scrolls to go down to 100m so I can scroll a few things. :3

You dont need to buy a scroll to get banned just being in the same map as a hacker can result in you being banned... classic nexon

One has to wonder why a GM doesn't just camp out in the White Christmas Hill and snipe the hackers. Then again, what steps do they have to take in order to ban someone in the first place?

At least I managed to get four maple weapons through snowflakes on the first and second day... Yesterday afternoon, if not sooner, was when the situation became so bad to the point where hackers started to camp out in -EVERY CHANNEL- in Windia, usually sitting behind the snowman. One channel in particular today had THREE hackers hiding behind the snowman. And even then, there were still hackers coming in, leaving, CCing, rinse and repeat.

I've since given up, even though I managed to nab a gold snowflake on my Wild Hunter. :/
