Missing on Galloperas?

I'm a level 153 Paladin with ~240 acc, they're a level 94 mob with (last I looked) 37 avoid...

How come I still miss about 5% of the time?

Somebody was also asking about this earlier, and they were level 104.

I can only imagine that the avoid was super buffed to the point where you need accuracy to actually hit them. If they somehow managed over 400 avoid, you would miss about 5% of the time.

They now have 361 Avoid.

Seems to be in keeping with all the other fixed Singapore/Malaysia mobs.

Vikerola and Selkie Jr now have 324 avoid.
Even Truckers have 100 avoid.

They now have 361 Avoid.

I have 861 Magic accuracy and I STILL MISS THEM with SR!? This does not make sense...

Oh and I'm the lv 104 person mentioned above.
