Shadow Meso description

Attacks enemies with mesos without consuming any mesos. Damage depends on the amount thrown. Cancels enemy's Weapon DEF and Magic Guard buffs.

Can someone elaborate on what this does, exactly?

This. It will not ignore cancel attack if that is what you hoped for, nor will it work like dispel. Fail description for a useless skill.

So it really IS still useless. Oh well.
