LOST: Map of Phantom Forest and Marker of Heroism - can you get them back?

I was hacked a while ago and the hacker did me a nice favor by dropping everything on my account, even quest/untradeable stuff. This included my Map of Phantom Forest and Marker of Heroism. Is is possible to get these items back somehow?

Do you think logging a ticket could help? Like ask them to restore the items or reset the quests?

Only a few quests were reset.

Yes, about half of my quests were reset, but (conveniently) these ones were not.

Somebody said that if you go back to Jack barricade by lower ascent, he will give you another map if you lose it. I'm going to check it out tomorrow because I'm too busy tonight. I'll make sure to post if it works or not. I still am welcoming suggestions though, especially for the Marker of Heroism
