New World Event [12.07.2010 – 12.29.2010]: The Big Bang update is so big that we needed new worlds to contain it. During this event users who level on the new servers will receive special gifts.
o Users in the new world who makes a 1st job advancement will receive 100,000 mesos after completing the quest given by Teo.
o Users in the new world who makes a 2nd job advancement will receive 200,000 mesos after completing the quest given by Teo.
o Users who persevere and make it to level 70 within the event time will receive a custom bandana to commemorate the event. (STR +18, DEX +18, INT +18, LUK +18, Weapon DEF +180, Magic DEF +180, Accuracy +25, Avoidability +25, and Hands +10.)

no no no. gach is too lucky for some people. They have to put it in the CS where they proceed to make you purchase what you think its the full SP reset, but in actuality, it is for the specific job advancements only! It's unbelievable marketing! See they get you at FULL SP RESET and then make you check the CS searching for it, only to have a 1 per job advancement per scroll per character!


I should totally be a Nexon marketing consultant. Exploitation of nubs is fun!

You forgot about the "NX SP reset Scroll" would be "time Limited" >..>
and only 1000 Scrolls would be available during the event~

You should be. For some reason Nexon Japan released an extra character slot with the first Big Bang patch. I'm assuming they're going to add three more; two with the second patch and a third with the third patch.

Important to note for new and old players alike is that accuracy is decreased by a set amount for every level lower than a monster you are, to prevent players from attempting to hunt monsters that would be too difficult for them.

I think if you have more than enough acc, the level reduction of your accuracy still is enough to hit 100%, or am i mistaken? Meaning you should be able to hit things just above your level if you have oodles of accuracy to spare. I could be completely wrong, which would be lame just like you stated.

Meaning you should be able to hit things just above your level if you have oodles of accuracy to spare. I could be completely wrong, which would be lame just like you stated.

You are wrong.
The new formula is such that if you are one level below the monster you will miss it at least 5% of the time, even if you have infinite accuracy.
