The other night I felt the good shift from the old times. A new world made of the old, rebirth. Athena Pierce, the Dark Lord, Dances with Balrog, Captain Kyrin and Grendel the Old.
Wedding bells, Cake or Pie, Pink Bean, boom! Your entire view of Maple world has changed for the better. YES!

It would be pretty cool if they started spawning mobs, and then they spawned more and more, until every town was actually overrun with mobs and they take down the servers for the patch. It would really make it feel like the map changes make sense.

This is a great idea. Crash servers, take the rest of it down, then work on patch. They should go out with a boom!

Well, not necessarily crash the servers, more just take them down. Like, towns are absolutely crawling with mobs, along with the FM entrance, and even shops, and then a notice comes up saying "The maple world is overrun! Everybody log off safely before it's too late! It's the... Big Bang!" Then they take down the servers.
