Attendance quest - what are the snacks for?

Got my attendance sheet today, and Cody took it away and gave me five foods - all of which are untradeable etc items. (I was kinda hoping for potion-type foods, but guess that's not to be for this event).
Anyway, what are these snacks for? Do we have to keep them as proof of attendance (i.e., by the end of two weeks we should have 14 of each item)? Or are they just to force the players to clear 5 etc. slots before going to Cody for attendance check every day (major annoyance)?

ont he site it says 5 random items, that means he may give new ones tomorrow? PHAIL

It says in the 'Complete' quest tab that you must give all the items you get back to Cody on the 15th day to get something nice

I doubt he's going to give new random items everyday. It's going to be the same items. It's just the required items to get the reward (lunchbox).

Yes. Repeat the quest EACH day, keep ALL items, until the event ends. On the last day, cody will give you an untradable lunchbox of your own choice (Level 20, 60, 90 or 120).

Quest data indicates that you get to choose which one you get.

I sure hope so, since I'll probably be just a couple levels short of 60 at the event's end.
But the quest dialog data (that I saw dumped elsewhere) seems to have Cody saying "here's your prize" and not "choose your prize".

It could be something like...


"Here's your prize."

And then each one has a different level requirement. There are quests that give choice rewards, so this is probably one of them.

If it's a guessing game, they might as well give it to you randomly.
Otherwise, the first few people would be screwed and then when the prize is found, everyone will already know the order in which the levels occur so everyone'll know which ones to pick...

But if your a hero/1h pally, then just make a friend of yours who doesn't care which one he gets try and ask more. Most of my bishop friends just want it for looks xD (or to 1hit KO slimes)

Whenever you get items as a reward from a quest, you can hover your mouse over the image of it to see its' description, stats, etc. Not to mention that I believe they're listed in order from lowest to highest, so the 120 one would be the last option. Can't confirm that until the day of the quest, though.
