The thread was originally in site discussion (it's a site holiday/event that's been on the calendar for quite some time and was event commented on in the recent calendar thread Fiel made). I'm considering just requesting the thread be closed or deleted if the mods don't want to move it back - the intent I had for it is meaningless in the funhouse.

It's not an official site "event" and therefore did not belong in site discussion. I can go put OFFICIAL SARAH DAY on the Calendar if I want to, that doesn't make it Official or affliated with SP in any way. I'm sorry but you don't understand why this was inappropriate and moved?
