Does Shadow Partner work with normal attacks?
#1
I'm thinking about making a strength assassin (basically a jobbed beginner). I just wanted to know if I used shadow partner and attacked using a regular/normal attack (not a skill), like with a level 0 sword for example, would shadow partner also hit?

No. Only throwing stars/arrows are doubled with Assassin's Shadow Partner.

Thanks. Do you know if that changes with Big Bang (since bandits get shadow partner too)? Or does it just become throwing stars and daggers only?

Shadow partner is diferent for hermits and for Chief bandits.

You best bet would be to do make str dit that only uses swords.

I thought since it works for mirror image for DBs it would work for shadow partner for chief bandits too oh well lol. I did test for myself though works just fine for DBs.

Mirror Image =/= Shadow Partner. >_>

Seems similar if you ask me since they're coded close to the same when you look at its main functions o.o (this is concerning future bb chief bandits). Anyways, with the exception of projectile attacks it copies every form of attack that you do but that just how mirror image works.
