Global MapleStory Tespia: Now Closed (Big Bang inside)
cruddas Wrote:Have the party quests and areas such as Mushroom Kingdom and Astaroth been changed at all? It would certainly be nice to enter those areas with much higher levels and having the 20-200 limit for party quests.

Mushroom Kingdom is 30+ now. As for the Astaroth quests and things, I'm curious what they'll do.

The point is that people were saying accuracy doesn't mean squat. Before 110, that's 100% true. After 110, you need a lot of accuracy before you can hit anything. Comparing pre-Big Bang accuracy to post-Big Bang accuracy is a moot argument, unless you're comparing how it changed.

The statues aren't there even though Olaf says to look for them. (bug)
idk about the rest of Episode 1. Didn't see anyone wearing a demon hat, but that proves nothing.

I know this argument is already over but, does this mean inferno > strafe now? because otherwise why would it be dumb for Bowmen without 4th job to drop strafe ?

On a side note, I see many people here are having the fun of a lifetime playing tespia, I just hope you're having fun reporting bugs as well.

L> report on galloperas keeping their pre-BB HP/EXP ratio.

While they don't technically have anything to do with episode 1, they were added with it and are GMS exclusive.

You can still do Episode 1 without the statues. They do help, indeed.

I'm half-sure that they were added sometime after Episode 1 began. But yes, you're correct that they're GMS exclusive.

Mmmanyway, since they're been removed, how close are the towns to Lith Harbor now? I'm assuming they removed the statues because they towns could be much closer than they used to be.

No they are still there, but I think they are slightly changed. It starts with a quest named something like "Fight Andras/Valefor/etc" but I did not try it out.

Did anyone even test Episode 1 Content?

The statues are somewhat important because they immediately teleport you to the job advancement room. When you take the cab, it just sends you to the main area of the town, and it'll be really hard to navigate through to find your job instructor when you're a new player.

Raph589 Wrote:I heard you need minimum 144 accuracy to hit everything high leveled that is the same lv as you so accuracy isn't useless.

Nope. You need 225 (to offset the 225 avoid they have) accuracy to hit everything high leveled (non Pink Bean).

^ That's only for stuff that's about level 180+ like the Oblivion mobs.

If you aren't fighting ToT mobs then you only need about 196.

Notedly though:

With 100 accuracy here are you hitrates:

95% on Oblivion ToT mobs, 96% on most other high level stuff, 97~100% on nearly everything else.

85% on Pink Bean.

Guys, I have question here.

What did they do to monster book?
Is it removed?
Did they update it?
Or is it there with old stats, which would be messed up?

I know this is a really dumb question, but what does Esc-Up/Down-Enter do now?
