I love how there's a post like every 5 minutes. But no one is talking about quests, i wanna know the exp/criteria to finish changes for them.

It's because talking to NPCs is rather laggy, the server itself is rather laggy. Talking to someone in any kind of chat lags the whole game for a while and prompts the GM Disconnection message. It just isn't good enough to test quests. Only quest I've done are job advancement and family. Which gives 230 exp at level 10. Not that great.

Have they reset the Masteria quests such as what happened to ToT?

ToT quests weren't reset. I have no idea about Masteria though.

finally got my ores I went to vikerolas to get my last ore... when I killed the first one it got dropped

I have times when I try starting the game and it just hangs. I just restart it a few times. No idea what the issue is.

Yeah.
It's only the character Read though. Any other character can go in just fine. I'm guessing it's the map (Hubiscus Road 2) that makes me crash then. Bummer. Sent a report.
Disconnecting at Hubiscus Road 2 and attempting to log in just crashes the game constantly regardless of channel. I tried 1-10.

El Nath and Orbis (Spiruna after a huge quest, obviously not going to have done this)

In El Nath it's the guy at the highest point of the map in the market area. Gordon, I think.

They nerfed El Nath's hills, now he's just kinda in the middle of the market area. The Chiefs' Residence isn't on top of a cliff either. It's sort of lame.
