Global MapleStory Tespia: Now Closed (Big Bang inside)

Being the Tespia freak I am, I have been checking the Tespia website almost daily since it was closed back in August (the account which was chosen is still able to enter the website and is still labeled as an account which is able to enter Tespia).

Nothing had changed until.. today.

Yes, because today, there was a change in the news box.

First, one of the three lines there was removed. Then..

.. this. As you can see, it says "Tespia is nowopen!" (loltypo), and it has the date of today, November 12th.

Though, as you can also see, Tespia still remains offline, and the bug report button, along with the character copy and the download ones are still disabled and give javascript pop-ups.

We can safely say nothing else has changed other than the line in the news, yeah.

Considering it was added today, they might be testing some things out to open Big Bang Tespia soon. Maybe even sooner than we expected.

Hopefully this is the case.

YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE IT, BUT THEY JUST UPLOADED TESPIA'S CLIENT ON THE WEBSITE!!!

They also removed the Character Copy button, meaning that there probably won't be the need of doing that anymore.

The download is called MSSetupTv93, which implies there will be another patch before the Big Bang.

I'm not sure if I can give out the link. I'll just give it to Fiel for extraction purposes, for now.

The button on website to enter the game is still disabled, though. The server might still not be up. They didn't even choose the new testers yet, apparently. I can only enter the website with that account which was chosen the last time. :f6:

UPDATE #3: Apparently, I WAS CHOSEN TO PARTICIPATE WITH MY MAIN ACCOUNT!!! I'm so happy right now..

I don't know if it was because of my submission for the Reported Bug Forum Event or if they just randomly selected me, but I can now see the Tespia website with my main account, even if it doesn't still give any pop-up on the main website saying if I was chosen or not. I also tested other accounts and they keep redirecting me to the main website, so not everyone can participate, if that wasn't obvious yet.

You, too, can check if you was selected! Go to http://maplestoryt.nexon.net/ and log in with your main account. If it redirects you to the main website, you wasn't. If it doesn't: CONGRATULATIONS! You were selected to participate into [SIZE="6"]Big Bang Tespia!![/SIZE]

Also, they didn't specifically tell how they picked people last time, and I doubt they will now. I just know I sure am happy for being finally selected with my own account.

I must say, I didn't really have high expectations for being selected, but I hoped so.

The event came shortly after I wrote a really accurate report of my graphic issues with MapleStory on their Bug Report Forums, so I was kind of advantaged for that. I wouldn't be surprised if they selected me for that.

GMS' test server has Big Bang content in it right now? If so, I wonder what will be different or similar to what JMS did to the non-KMS content.

Why not in game?

Because the game client crashed right after the trailer was over. I already see something like that happen in the actual servers if they didn't open Tespia. Luckily they did.

I'm on Windows 7, by the way. It might be that. I'll try on Windows XP if this keeps happening.

Good thing i know i won't be accepted. If only they knew i have EXTENSIVE BB tespia experience...
