It doesn't. If it has two lines, it'll stay two lines.

To address the below part, yeah those rumors are definitely around, but there's been what amounts to zero actual proof to verify this. So for now we'll stick to: Begins with 2 lines -> stays 2 lines.

Some people have said that 2-lines can go to 3-lines very rarely, but as far as I know no proof has been posted. So you just have to get lucky and cube 3 lines to get 3 lines.

Heard of this happening to my alliance member's Scar helm. Went from 2 lines to 3, and It might have been when changing from Rare>Epic or Epic>Rare, not sure on that, just my thought.

Yet to potential any of my equips because the drop rate of potential scroll over in msea seems to be really low.
For a start, gobies & bains are good spots to try for cape & earrings right?
And is the potential scroll drop rate in GMS low? :f6:

The rate might be the same, potential scrolls are dropping rapidly from 500million to 240 million now.

Gobies, Bains, Kents, Harps, and also Skeles for Rose Earrings and various level 100 items.
In GMS, Grizzlys drop a *lot* of earrings, although those are under level 70 so less desirable than the ones listed above.

The scrolls drop sometimes (only the regular ones, I don't think I've seen an Advanced one drop, even from bosses such as Pap, Pianus, and Zakum), but as far as I know, the vast majority of the potential scrolls used in GMS come from Miracle Cube fragments.

Hell! Thank-you, after an hour of 2x drop at Blue kentarus, I got a 3 potential stat Purple Giles cape. Will try cubing that soon.

Yea, man, should have stopped at cube 22.... it seems rather hard to get boss 30% dmg in maplesea, i've cubed like 30 on my Reverse Engaw. I've stopped for now.

I potential scrolled a white seraph cape, came out 3 lines, got rolled back.
Re-potential scrolled it, 3 lines, rolled back AGAIN.
This time, I potential'd it, 2 lines, EPIC, with the primary line being my main stat.

Less than 20 cubes after cubing this thing for the third time (and straight 60%ing the last hammer slot due to lack of Vegas in the CS; thankfully it worked) using reimbursed NX. Final dagger as far as I'm concerned, don't even care if Nexon releases something new that beats it out easily.

Don't have a ss but 50k nx spent in 10mins(was from lving a buyer) on 8dex u/h 3stat rose earrings started at 3% def after the 50k nx ended with 3% def still rare.
