She's not even a developer, or even part of the management. She's a forum grunt who trolls fansites and provides information that's the complete opposite of what's actualy happening.

That sounds about right, I don't see why people take her comment so seriously (or even ask questions about things coming out and expecting a correct answer).

Most likely. "Update" doesn't always mean new areas being released. Not saying it's not a possibility Neo Tokyo can be released, but in my mind, it's dead unless they really have nothing left to add.

If we ever did get it, it would be under the name "Tokyo" not Neo Tokyo probably. I just question whether Hime knows what she's talking about. She's been wrong with Evan skillbooks, and has always been very vague. Leaving out Tokyo from a Japan related area is odd I think.

I don't know -Hime- at all but apparently sometimes it's not her that's wrong it's the players' own stupidity and denialism. They try and look way too into some of the things she says and what they want to believe we're going to get as far as content, then everything turns into a monster of derp.

I don't think -Hime- even needed to go to developers about this one. She just answered with common sense. Which could also explain why she was wrong about the Evan skillbooks. Not making skills available in-game at all was completely unprecedented for any version, so she may have just thought "there's no way that they won't put it in the game" like the rest of us.

I just hope she's wong on this one.

I'll use the argument Azure said earlier. In MSEA it's called Tokyo not Neo Tokyo. Just like Kaede is called Ninja Castle.

We used this argument against Showa using Hikari as the NPC. We have Showa. Just saying.

They also moved Hikari to Showa, and that was one NPC and not an entire town.

I'm just wondering if people have romaticized Neo Tokyo far too much. And for that matter, world tours in general. Most of them add no new lasting content and are only good for patch fodder.
