You guys decide. I see a couple mistakes that makes me not believe her.

i tend to not pay attention to what she says. most of the time it's wrong but we'll see.

I find that funny.
I remember reading something (I believe it was a Dev Blog) about "omg we get stuffz u guys will all want!" while Hime here is saying no to having Neo Tokyo, a place a majority prefer over shitty Neo City.

Before noticing who made the thread I thought of this:

But at the same time, she could have easily said "orginal Neo City" as to not confuse the public. The majority of the people who use that forum knows it as Neo City, just as they know Kaede Castle as Ninja Castle.

All-in-all, I'm going to believe her on this. I'd rather be surprised at it being added when they say they wouldn't than to be disappointed they haven't added it yet.

She's the public's punching bag ffs. What do you HONESTLY expect her to know 100% without a doubt? Absolutely nothing. It's not her fault. I highly doubt she even plays Maplestory at all, so it's not like she'd know the difference between neo-city and the original neo-tokyo, nor would she know jack about the other world tour areas. She's told very very little about upcoming content.

She's not even a developer, or even part of the management. She's a forum grunt who trolls fansites and provides information that's the complete opposite of what's actualy happening.

I'd trust her, since no version has gotten both Neo City and Neo Tokyo until now, and I doubt we will be the first version which will.

They just realized it wouldn't make sense and decided they won't release it. I trust her on this.
