It's not Chinese. It is Japanese, which is why I stated that only someone fluent in Japanese would be able to understand what is written on the grave. I know that this is a Japanese symbol because I am fluent in Japanese.

I see what you did there. They would have some knowledge, but they do not need to know anything Hiragana or Katakana to know what it means. ie: Not fluent.

I have. He rarely does it, though. I think he's just trying to stay more English on an English forum.

I think speaking in a foreign language, no matter how bad or good you are at it, is fun to do. Maybe I'm the only one that feels that way...
