i'm no bieber fan but the kid was not only being a general nuisance but called him an offensive term. bieber didn't even assault him, he bumped into him and because he's rich and famous they're making it out to be more than it was. it's hard not to bump into someone who's on your back. this is as ridiculous as any paparazzi lawsuit.

Eh, there are times when little kids just need to be hit, but I think Bieber's old enough to realize that hitting a 12 year old is out of the question, especially when nearly everything he does get's reported on national television. The guy's also 16, he's definitely old enough to realize the 12 year was obviously trying to stroke his own ego by being a little punk and that the best way to piss him off would be to let him continue without losing his own composure (admittedly, I myself had a hard time with this at that age).
