World Transfer question

If one's account were to get banned for misconduct (24 hour ban), would one be able to world transfer still?

Supposedly, those punished for the BF glitch aren't allowed to name or world change (from Hime on Nexon forums):

We have compiled a list of players who will be temporarily suspended for abusing the Big Foot glitch or any other power leveling glitches. As we speak, these players are being suspended or have been suspended. Most of these players will be barred from name changes or server changes. They will not be able to escape the offense they committed. For glitching players on Yellonde, they will face a harsher sentence.



A total of 1289 players will be suspended.



The breakdown is:



105 Bellocan

208 Bera

155 Broa

188 Windia

124 Khaini

79 Mardia

79 Kradia

326 Scania

You dont really know for sure though. Sure they say that, but many people who've been banned for hacking and whatnot have still been able to get name changes. Ive never heard of off-rankers getting server changes but name changes are definitely possible =X

i think the "requirement" is just need to be on rankings. since if you arent on rankings, it means you "did something bad". but nxjoe said that the only people off ranked are the ones who "did something bad" and thats the only reason you get taken off ranks. if its just banned for anything like harassment then you go back on ranks.

but many people off ranked have been able to name changed so...

He was offranked as brand0n5o4 but he was still able to change his name.

I think he's on the rankings after he got his name change oO. I guess all you have to do to get back on the rankings is get your name changed lol. I'm at work (nexon is blocked) so I can't double check to see if vtx5o4 is ranked.

As Ive already said, that's not true. It seems that ANYONE can name change, regardless of past history and stuff.

Name changing does not get you back on ranks. Xuanlovesyu --> lyui and he's not on ranks, needless to say. If changing your name gets you back on ranks, then its not a name change coupon. Its a legitimacy coupon >_>

Archer banned by the CWK glitch (not BF glitch) were able to name and world change as well as continue to be on the rank.

Thanks, but even though he was offranked, he could still change his ign. I wonder if he just go banned from the bigfoot glitch or something? Because I could have swordn he was unranked as brand0n5o4 and then ranked as vtx5o4.

Well since no one gave you the right answer....

If your bans do not add up to more than 7 days you will be able to name change or character transfer.
(As many of the glitchers / power levelers - however Nexon defined that - were banned for 20-30 days, they will be inelligable which is why -Hime-'s post says many will not be able to.)

i got banned for 30 days for "harrassment/scamming/cursing" one of the 3 and i cant even move server and i'm on ranks. this happend in july of 07..

Yet the fuc`king hackers can change their name and still be off ranks and sh`it its stupid..-_-
