Is it the same? Is the Huckle quest for Tower Scrolls still around?

Just wondering if I should stock up on Orbis Tower scrolls since I'll have to do all the quests again...

The scrolls lost their purpose once they enabled return scrolls in there. That and the multiple routes to the diffrent destinations in Ossyria.

It's still the 20 floors and I assume you still hafta use an Orbis Rock Scroll. Not totally sure though, I just jumped down half the floors in kMS.

There used to be a taxi in Orbis that sent you to El Nath and vice versa.
Don't know if they removed it.

You can always jump down until the first floor with ice and use a return scroll to go to el nath.

or

You can climb to the first floor without ice and use a return scroll to get to orbis.
