I always thought sleepywood was on top of the list of nexon support, seeing that they use to be on nexon fan site list.

Basil has the most traffic (active users). Sleepywood has deeper roots as an ms forum. Southperry has all/most of the serious players as well as heavy traffic due to the information here. SP has it best, obviously.
