List of Patch 0.90 Changes and Glitches

1/3 of the boats i take crash the game w/ no error message.

Most of you guys talk about d/cing in PQ, but my MS has been crashing anywhere. I don't get any error message, my MS just shuts down in an instant.

Here's hoping the server check fixes these issues...

There is a SC, so after the SC if you could let me know what glitches have been fixed that will be fantastic, thanks all

Confirming that the shuffle was NOT fixed.

Change- Self use skills staying after de-equiping the skill item is now (partially) fixed.

So this is for every person after patch that de-equips his decent skill item?

The "MapleStory.exe has stopped working" error seems to have been fixed, but in its place you just crash to desktop without an error. Also the "God Mode" glitch has been fixed. Every monster now does touch damage.

I know it at least blocks the previous ways people got the skills. I'm not sure about people that currently have the skills.

I can confirm that my SE is still working, even though I do not have the item on. I have not tried to take off my current gloves since patch though, and by the sound of it wont.

Who already have the skill can keep it, but after patch you can't glitch it anymore, at least for SE and haste

You can still glitch Haste if the "Drop Equip from Eqp Inventory" thing still works since Haste is only 70+. I believe SE is the only one you can't glitch without actually losing something in the process.

I haven't seen any evidence of this. I was able to give my pirate 2 skills after the patch.

EDIT: The two skills were HB and Door... haven;t tested the other 2.

Of freakin course they would fix the stupid DS sound when I don't(can't) even use it anymore as an outlaw... lame.

I've had the (mis?)fortune to not find any cards since the patch. Is this shuffle like the last one or is it just messing with numbers. Odd as it may sound, I might attempt this shuffle assuming they fix it later and hope to get a ZMM card since I've seriously lost hope that they drop.

@Bold: What? The last one did exactly what your "or" states. After collecting a new card, all numbers get shuffled over to other cards. So it's impossible to obtain new cards from the shuffle (like, cards you don't have won't suddenly start filling up) but it'll mess with the numbers you've got.

As for what you should do... since monster book is being deleted anyway, what I suggest and what I intended to do is take a screenshot of every page of your book if you care about your collection. Then go for your ZMM.

I'm going to miss Monster Book, it was a neat feature.

@Bold: What? The last one did exactly what your "or" states. After collecting a new card, all numbers get shuffled over to other cards. So it's impossible to obtain new cards from the shuffle (like, cards you don't have won't suddenly start filling up) but it'll mess with the numbers you've got.

Ah, right, my memory was a bit hazy on the topic and I initially thought that was the way it was, but hesitated and put what I said instead so as not to sound wrong. So sue me if I can't remember things over the past two years including when things occurred or how they occurred, I'm seeing a doctor about it today .

I'll see if I can figure a way to ss everything, but I doubt they'd give us back our cards after BB is released. If anything, I want them to give people who have over X number of cards a permanent 4x or 8x which applies exclusively to cards once they are re-released. Some people have spent a boatload on 2x drop trying to find cards so there has to be some fair return for their loss.

I think you misunderstood the purpose of screenshotting. It's just meant to keep a record of your accomplishment, not leverage for later, haha. Though I like your idea...

I wish there's an option to turn joypad support off in game. It's crashing my maple even when I'm playing in full screen. I tried searching the registry too but I think maple fetches it from Windows itself. There's an infinite loop there somewhere. Right now I have to unplug my controller every time before opening up maple, so that the controller hooks after it opens up. Seems to be ok for now but I haven't tried bossing with that technique, since I've already disconnected twice (one from mortal blow glitch with hurricane, thanks for never fixing it Nexon, can't wait till Big Bang, and other's from maple freezing altogether holding down hurricane.)

Every time I get on one of my characters, no less than 20 seconds later, I freeze and DC, then maybe a few hours later I can get back on for a little bit, but if I change channels, I sometimes DC about 70% of the time. (Windows Vista by the way) It's just horrible I can't play at all. I already know it's not my computer, I can run every other game perfectly without a hitch. Nexon needs to get on the ball here, they just made everything worse with this patch...
