well he was selling the service. He moist likely knew that it doesnt work so he just wanted mesos. And in khani its not very often you get someone selling HB services in FM.

Oh aparently if you equip and Overall after the pants it works but not pants on pants

hb pant -> overall --> hb on hotkey --> top+btm

works.

Not sure if this is related but my Self-HB still works and I'm not explicitly wearing the pants right now.
