OSSS Researchers are available in the major towns and take you to the crashsite map. From there you talk to Head Researcher Wynn and she takes you into the 120 cube.
Here is the quest entry that is now available. Taking this quest is a 1 a day, and allows you 1 entry into the cube.

No mention in any of the flavor text of needing your Suit to enter. Maybe you don't need the suit to enter? Testing now.

EDIT: Confirming now that you do not need the suit on to still enter.

I feel your pain. I'm happy I did not bother with VIP items, deflation is imminent. Especially since it looks like it might not even be limited to once a day. Might be wrong there though.

They put the effort into removing cube damage and made it a daily quest, so i don't think there's any reason to think it'll go away.

I wonder if they removed it in TMS.

What a surprising bit of generosity on their part. Sad for anyone who actually paid those absurd prices for the VIP stuff. Storywise does it make sense that the pq is permanent? Time paradox and all that.
