Visitor Suit Related

I've been wondering about this for awhile..

I seem to be receiving more damage from monster hits inside stg 4 pq than the average ppl get (an aran with the powerful visitor suit got hit alot less than me) and I've been wondering why...

So I came up with this thought :

Q: Why and how may you be asking?
A: Well, I'm a warrior, that seems to have Dexterious Visitor Suit

So now I'm wondering :

Hmmmmmmm, what if i add strength that total more than dex? Will that change the outcome?


Or is this the bug / glitch of stage 4 pq?

I think str cores add more defense than dex cores, it might be because of that.

I have a DB with INT suit and I don't get hit for even 1k damage in the stage 4 quests. I don't think it's related to the type of suit you have.

am i the ONLY one getting hit like 4-6k (display dmg, but it's actually more than that) from delivery ships?

i take same amount of dmg with 10k hp, and at 14k hp

i take 4.6k hp..and i have 18.8k base..
and also takes 4.6k with 30k (with hb)

that doesn't make any sense lol



and btw, is the whole crystanol piece = per visitor item? or the whole armor?



edit : based on a basil post, apparently, your armor suit CAN change if you have enough str/dex/int/luk on it even if your armor is 1 type only

It should be based on your base hp, with some factored in sections probably. Like the way you only take a certain set dmg in part 1, you only take a certain set dmg for part 4 mobs as well. My DB has 6.5k base hp, I only take 750-1.2k depending on the mob. For which mobs, transport shuttle bumps me with 1.2k dmg and those escorts only deal 750 dmg to me.

edit: of course you must also wear the full suit, when I only wore 1 piece i got killed in 1 hit (forgot to put the rest on). About what I do have, I got a full lucky alien set except for my overall which turned into dex after I bombed dex into it for fun. +23 helm, +35 overall, +17 glove, +25 shoes. Meh, oh well I just read over stuff about having maxed out upgraded set I dunno if it really changes much ignore my 1st parts if you want lol.

I bet it depends on the number of times you upgraded.

You're supposed to take less damage the more you upgrade. In stage 1 at least, not sure about stage 4 monsters.

I have 14.5k HP. Delivery Ships and Randall Machines deal about 3500 damage (maybe close to 4000). But with Hyper Body, they deal up to 6000. The damage is based on your Max HP. :f6:

I have a dex suit and after I upgraded it another 2 times I seem to take about 1.3k less damage from Speedy visitors. They originaly hit around 13.5k on me, now they hit 12.2k.

So I think the defence values of the suits play a large role in surviving the pq's.

Also I seem to only take 1.2k damage max from the Bing squad mobs in stage 4 while others take loads more damage. I also do about 9.6k'ish damage on them as well while others hit 600 ~ 3.2k. These are lower level players who have lower requirments for their suits so I guess more upgrades = less dying.

In the 1st screenshot, you were hit with 2460 damage. In the 2nd, with Decent Hyper Body, you were hit for 3444.

The number shown (2324, in your case) is a lie. The same thing happened in Stage I and II; the numbers were always a lie, haha.

For some reason on my Soul Master takes 3.4k and he only has 3.6k HP.
