Pam's song

Does anyone know if you can use legendary spirit with pam's song?
For example: Scroll fails with legendary spirit, does pam's song option pop up?
Also, does anyone know if the last slot glitch is fixed?

Pam's Song works with legendary spirit.

It works with both.

I'm assuming for the Vegas you're asking if a 90% or 30% fail from Vega if the pam's song protects that slot
