Isn't it nice they spend more time designing event banners then they do game stuff? Never a half-assed looking banner. Always a half-assed area.

You could make that picture in a map editor within 15 - 20 minutes easy. Then throw the image in photoshop and add a couple of lens flares and sparkles.
