Turn off Web History

I find it malicious that they don't have that setting on the front page. The setting to turn it off might be a tracking cookie in and of itself which means whenever your virus scanner runs you have to go back and set it again. If your search queries are being stored on your computer with cookies then that seems somewhat acceptable but if they're being stored on their server with your IP address written on it we're screwed. Not that Google is in the same jurisdiction as me.
