I'm not blaming steelseraph, im just trying to make of something and i guess it didnt work.

There was some discussion in the #spgames IRC before we got a chance to ask Ray if it was ok to do that; copying and pasting this with Daku's permission.

If we're going with that sort of logic, TobiasBlack has Lois in his name so that obviously makes him a suspect. And ThatHurts or DualReaver would be likely candidates due to the Violence portion of the song just beforehand seeming to link up to their names. Or if you went with Sex then I'd be a suspect since I have sex in my name. I think it's safe to say that such stretches in logic do more harm than good, because at some point, you can find a way to connect anyone to anything. A good hint or clue should be something that is fairly easy, if obscured, to figure out. At the moment we just have a single family guy reference, which is fairly unhelpful at the moment, but may become helpful or more obvious later on.

Yes, but you're picking one part of the opening song, or in this case, one character from the opening song and using that as your sole reference point. There has to be more than just, "Hey that person has the name of a character in their name!". At the very least, as I said, you should have brought in some other possibilities if you were going to use that as your logic.

uhm i wasnt blaming steel seraph and imma say it again. But seeing as the Only part rayquaza quoted was sung by peter i said that. He didnt quote the whole song and to be honest at least im trying to make sense of it while you guys just wait and gun down what people come up with.

Again, clue's are supposed to be at least somewhat obscure, so while I applaud you thinking outside the box on that one, I felt it important to point out the flaw with just going for that one reference, and leaving out the other possibilities. As for figuring things out, I'm working on it in my own way, I dunno about the rest of you.

I agree that Ray might have just added that as flavor text, unless it starts happening every day, but I don't really see a point in just RNG our votes since that would be the same thing as if Ray got no votes and just random killed one of us.

I guess that depends on whether the random person might be mafia or not. Because if he randomly kills townies only, we'd be better off lynching at random. If it's anyone, then the odds are about the same.

If we let one person RNG and he's a mafia, then he could lie about the results and just kill townies. Same thing happens if we let everyone have a random vote.

Well I looked around quite a bit, but nothing particularly stands out to me, so if we do vote, I think it'll have to be a random pick. Otherwise, I guess it's just a wait and see game.
