Find P/W - No E-mail recieved.

I was trying to RESET my password at first, and I wasn't really paying attention and was trying anything on Nexon's site. I had logged tickets, tried using the password reset thing, sent e-mails... EVERYTHING TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD.

I clicked 'FIND P/W' but got to secret question 2 and found out, I didn't know the answer. Later I try logging into my Broan account and I find out the PASSWORD is CHANGED? I start freaking out, and I later find out I changed my password when I clicked the 'FIND P/W' thing. I really am confused because I didn't even LOG in to my account, but my password was changed.

When you go to 'FIND P/W' it says it will send an email once you fill in your B-day + login ID. (I didn't see that it would change my password at all the orginal time I went to that page).

I have got NO email, and I KNOW I have access to the email that is registered to my account because I have email confirmation things FROM nexon to that email, when I charged NX via paypal.

PLEASE someone help me. I was trying to change my info to prevent getting hacked AGAIN, and I had JUST got back on my feet. And THIS happens.

Anyone, PLEASE give me an idea. I've been on every Maple forum I can think of and got no real help as of yet. Please if anyone knows what to do, please please tell me.
