It's common quite a bit on places like Basil ( usually not here ) to react when you mention something possibly costing money to play and/or use because that person doesn't want it too. I don'tknow why he even mentioned contact specifically, it's not I said said "They charged for all the other contents" I just made my prediction what it wouldn't be free for full access as have many people in this thread have said.

It's Dr. Krakia's base, filled with future mumbo jumbo and aliens, which he allied through the power of technology and world domination promises. The base is inside of a dome that cloaks it on the outside, this map belongs to the inside of that dome.

With the lines in the sky I was thinking it could be that dome building in the background of Krakia Jungle Basin map. Like most people I think.

I'm just expecting Tespia, which is more likely. The announcement about the area will probably be posted shortly before the patch, around next week's Wednesday.

Sure, we still don't know if they'll let us test this exclusive content or not there, but I have a feeling they will. It'd be a stupid move not testing something which has never been tested in any other MapleStory version.

They used to open the last Tespia terms around Wednesday, too, so we shouldn't get our hopes up before then. Still, it'd be a really bad move from them. I mean, one week is already not enough to test all this, so they should at least open it a few days before Wednesday (they updated the Tespia News section of the site with "Character Copy period is now over. Check back here soon to see Tespia's schedule" so.. who knows).

i was thinking and it seems to me like the "copy character" button implies this might be high level content (presuming it is to be released in tespia). they would want the most accurate experience for players, and by allowing them to test their fully geared characters they could get that a little easier. the reason that implies it's high leveled content is that most low levels don't have fully scrolled gear thus making their imported characters completely unimportant for testing reasons.

It could be a case of them not wanting people to use Tespia just to play around on new characters and get them to 15X in 15 seconds.

If we don't get Tespia, this will end up with tons of glitches and exploits. We'll probably get bugs with Tespia too, because testers are just fooling around for a week.

Because some people actually enjoy surprise content they can enjoy at the same time as everyone else without it being spoiled like every single bit of new content that comes from KMS.

Also, like someone previously said a week really isn't that long to test something completely new like this.

The only way in which I wouldn't publish an extraction is if Nexon implemented an NDA on Tespia. I'd extract it for myself, sure, but I wouldn't publish.
