Couple of random questions

1) What is "Black Armor Fragment" and the masks from the ToT Monks for?
2) When my potential item says "%d%% chance to auto-steal when attacked. +2", what the heck does "%d%%" mean? What does the +2 mean?
3) How many things do I need to give to Tatamo to make him sell cheaper Magic Seeds?

Post Revamp Stuff:

1) Are HT exclusive Mastery Books still HT exclusive?
2) Can asswipes still hold the HT cave for ridiculous amounts of time?
3) In GMS, at the moment, Snipe cannot miss, ever. Does this hold true in KMS after the revamp?
4) Is HP washing still practically a necessity to fight some major bosses?

1.a) Pointless right now. It was believed that there was supposed to be a quest involving them but it never materialized.
2.a) It has to do with how strings are formatted in C++. "%d" is a part of a string that gets replaced by a number. "%%" signifies that the "%" symbol should be used at that location. It's difficult to explain without some experience in programming. Just replace the "+2" in for "%d" and "%" in for "%%" and you'll do fine.
3.a) It's not dependent on the number of things you give but the value of the things you give. See here.

3.b) Pretty sure it can miss now. The snipe calculation is in the same location as all of the other skill calculations and a miss check is performed first thing.
4.b) No. I'd say party composition is more important.

The masks (along with the ETC drop from Dodo, Lilynouch and Lyka) are used for a quest in order to get to PB.

I'd like to know the answer to question 1.B) as well. Not just for HT stuff, but all level 110-120 gear/ingredients as well. Seeing as the levels of leafre and Time Temple have spiked, will they somehow fit in a way to have time/dragon pieces drop from other mobs? It would be a bit unfair to have to wait 40 levels past the level of the equipment in order to obtain it. Though, in the same vein, the very high leveled group needs some exclusivity as well; preferably in the form of higher leveled equips. Yet, since the current 120 gear originates from the "highest level area" which will still be the "highest level area", how does one fit that into continuity?

Snipe miss makes me a bit sad.

Given this current AP/SP reset event thingy, if I level a new character to 30, do I get AP/SP resets for it? I've heard that you did and wanted to make sure before I made a guy to level to 30.
