[News] Tespia is coming!

Someone said we have the data for Hob King PQ or something, yay for mroe useless PQs, so I think it will start in the middle of August.

Hob King PQ data is present, and then you need Ghost Ship PQ. To be honest, there really isn't any content to test or receive after the Potential/Enhancement =/

The Scroll Lock forum or the MapleStory Discussion forum would work, depending on the contents of the thread.

I would guess they have a need to test the big bang stuff on how it's going to interact with our GMS version. More importantly they are going
to have to change mobs beyond the ones available in KMS since we have different areas than them.

Why does everyone think it's the Big Bang patch? It's wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too soon to be testing that or even considering it.

Well, there are more World Tour locations that we don't have yet.....I'm not saying they're good, but we still don't have them. I mean, all the areas we really have are Zipangu, Singapore, and Malaysia. We still don't have the Ninja Castle, Shanghai, Ximending, Floating Market, Ulu City, and other locations.

I don't get why everyone is so hell-bent on GMST being brought back solely for Big Bang.
It could always be new content altogether, and don't start with "But that would be stupid," please. Nexon America and smart decisions usually don't mix, as I'm sure anyone could tell you.

Well, there are more World Tour locations that we don't have yet.....I'm not saying they're good, but we still don't have them. I mean, all the areas we really have are Zipangu, Singapore, and Malaysia. We still don't have the Ninja Castle, Shanghai, Ximending, Floating Market, Ulu City, and other locations.

I get the feeling that the World Tour content release schedule has been suspended for all versions until further notice because of Big Bang.

Oh, believe me, I'm not bashing. I'm simply saying this based on the past few patches and even then that's just within recent memory.

Well it had better either be big bang material or something GMS equivalent. They haven't brought it back in forever now so it almost has to be huge.

I think Big Bang is a good possibility because of the ability to copy over your current character.

Hey, at least we know how many people will ACTUALLY play the game, going by this bit of information :

My friend has a friend who quit MapleStory about 3 years ago. That friend of my friend had a mule account which hadn't been touched since long before he quit MapleStory. As it turns out, that mule account was selected for Tespia. Lucky for my friend, I told him to check all accounts he may know the info to.

I wonder how many other accounts were selected that are mules of players who haven't touched the game in years. >_>

I might attend GMST, anywho. I now have the info to the account and am just waiting for the Tespia round to begin. I'll also be recording/sharing info/posting pictures of the tested content.

Obviously not, because if they were going to just copy/paste they wouldn't have bothered bringing back GMST in the first place.

Yea I think Nexon is finally "catching up" it's better we have the PQs now, then wasteful patch after the Big Bang, to be honest the whole 50+ PQ system needs to be revamped.

I think it will be just testing Version Exclusive stuff.
