BlazBlue Anyone?

Just picked this up a few hours ago, and although its slightly cut off by my Standard Def TV, I AM IN LOVE WITH TSUBAKI. Anyone else a huge fan of the series?

Currently waiting for Blazblue CS to come out for X360 in Europe. I love Noel, she's cute and use two pineappleing huge guns.
I just hope she doesn't get screwed with CS.

She got some hefty nerfs in CS, but nothing game-breaking unlike Rachel lol
I'm picking up this game in a couple hours. Rather excited for the storyline and how it plays out this time around.

Hmm, can I still use the combos from CT or do I have to learn other moves? What about Taokaka? I played around with her but never really learned her combos.
I'm raging right now because there's no release data for us europeans. Gotta hate non-region free X360.

Anyway, CS is currently shipping to me, and within the next few hours I'll be done CT's story mode. Not sure if I should try to get everyone to 100%, though...

Story Mode is a lot better than CT. More action, and the goof endings are just great. Hazama is going to be used like no other online.

@Sheva-Combos are generally the same, some moves have been altered and delays changed, but characters handle the same, and it is easy to adjust.

Well, that's good to hear. Now I only need a release data for Europe and a stick. It's kinda hard to do the B&B pomegranate with the X360 Controller. <_<

Finished CT's story; CS should arrive any day now...

I'm going to need a new stick eventually, though. I can tell that this SE I have isn't going to last very long. I'd like a BlazBlue TE, but those are $200, so I guess I'll look for a cheap SF TE when Black Friday comes around again...

I loved the first BB. And by easy stick I'm assuming you mean the right analog stick that could be used for astral heats and distortion drives. Which is good, since I went through the effort to learn the commands while anyone could spam theirs...

At first, when I heard about this game with Tsubaki and Hazama as new characters and everyone else nerfed to hell, I expected them to be rather unbalanced. And with the addition of two other characters (I didn't bother to learn who) I got more worried, but then I saw they made the game so they could provide balance patches, which is FANTASTIC. If a friend back at school has this in the fall I'll definitely get back into it, hopefully still as Noel

Yeah, Rachel got nerfed to hell. I still play as her, simply because I pick characters based on how fun they are to play rather than how high they are in teir lists. I don't check teir lists, so dunno if Tao is still pretty low on the list, but considering I use Tao and Rachel as my primary characters, I wouldn't be surprised if they're both low teir.

Anyways my sister and I played CS last night and we got Ragna and Noel's silly ending by complete mistake. So far Ragna's silly ending is the best in hilarity. I wanna see Hazama's though as I've read it was one of the best silly endings in the game.

I haven't ever really played CT online because my PS3's internet connection seems to not like to work for some reason (despite it being wired). It was working for a while, but I got back from vacation and... no dice. So I usually play as Carl, but I'm not actually good at playing as anyone.

So, because I've been told that you have to do the Story mode in a certain order, with Ragna being first, and my general order for playing a character in CT was training>arcade>story, I thought that was the way to go.

Big mistake. HAZAMA WAS IMPOSSIBLE. And not only do I suck at Ragna, but the room I was in was super hot, affecting both my comfort and my ability to control well...

Of course, when I finally beat him an hour or two later through a ton of 2D spam, I almost had full health. How does that work? >.<

Beat Ragna's story. Hazama wasn't nearly as bad in story mode; even without D attacks, it only took me 6 tries to beat him. I would have beaten him on my first try but... he used his Astral Heat out of nowhere when he had a sliver of health left...

I think I'm going to get 100% on each story before moving on; I have 88% in Ragna's now. Though I may go back and do that for CT before moving on to anyone else, since I forgot to do so before CS arrived.
