This seems more plausible. Anyone who's cubed a unique item a ton of times and seen a 3% [or equivalent] stat can disprove it.

So what you're saying is what I theorized, in that you could get a level 10 WG with SE, but the person can't use the skill unless they are 120+.

Wha is the maximum for each stat that can be on an item relative to its level?

I mean what is the maximum Dex,Luk, Accuracy, etc that say a level 20/50/90/whatever Top can have?

Can someone make an easy to read table with all values for all equipment level ranges?Chin

I am wondering if the items made by maker skill can be unidentified at first?
Or you must use a potential scroll on it to become unidentified?
Also is it possible to cube a maker skill made item to unique class?

Maker'd items never comes unidentified, you need to use a potential scroll. Once you have, it is just like any other potential item, cube away for unique.

Question. If an item is ID'ed with only 2 options, would cubing it repeatedly eventually increase it to 3 options? Or can this only be 'fixed' via other means?

Almost everyone from mass cubing experience says no, but a few people have said yes.

The only scenario where this is possible is the number of lines changing during a rank change as well. I don't think we can ever tell 100%, have to form your own opinion based on what others have said.

Based on a reliable source I have from MSEA, she have indeed turned a 2 line potential bwg into a 3 line after 70 ++ of cubes.
