Update for Windians

Dear Windians,

As you may know there has been an unintentional rollback on the Windia server. Not all players were affected by this but players that were affected lost less than 24 hours of gameplay. Unfortunately, due to the nature of this rollback, it cannot be reversed. This was something we wished that would not have happened and we sincerely apologize that it has.

To compensate the players affected by the rollback we are:
- Refunding all NX spent during the rollback period.
- Allocating 3,000 Maple Points per affected account.

And for the entire world of Windia we are hosting a 2x EXP and Drop event for Windia on July 30, 12 PM-6 PM Pacific (3 PM-9 PM Eastern).

Again, we apologize for any distress this might have caused for the affected Windians. Please know that we are actively working on preventing such a situation for all Maplers.

A rollback is like not saving a video game. Gaining stuff and not saving->when you turn on the game it goes back to when you last saved, so you lost the stuff you gained.

Oh wow that sucks.... How are you coping? Then again, I bet this isn't the first time you've been put into a situation like this. It's a good thing the potential system makes getting good items easier......

So...this means some Windians may have lost their Explorer ring TWICE? ...If that's so, I wonder what they're going to do about that >.>

To be honest, I feel like I'm not feeling as upset as I should be for some reason. I think it's because I've never been Nexon'd before in the past six years I can remember and that it was about time that it happened to me for once to even it out with everyone else. Oh well, I keep making up fake excuses for myself in my mind so I don't become as upset, though it's been working out great so far even in my own acknowledgement O_o

Ikr! Scania had 3 rollbacks with no compensation and yet Windia has one rollback with compensation?

Why can't they just turn on the 2X and just... leave it on. Grinding at 3 in the morning on Christmas on 4X at Gallos was awesome and I think that with all their screwups they'd at least give us varied 2X times. Not everyone can play at 2-8 on a Friday. Fridays are my "I have a life" days.

I finished my last mule 15 minutes before the SC and kept the ring.
It seems the rollbacks only applied to certain characters, seems like only the first character that you logged in during that day in the account.

The "compensation" being barely anything compared to what some of us lost feels like a slap in the face; I'd rather have had Nexon ignore us completely.

What a bunch of fucking useless ppl, im not playing this rollingback game anymore.
