It's probably because now they have single player campaign achievements.
Anyone know how to find your character code? You need a character name + character code to add someone to your friends list.
It's in your profile I believe. It's a three digit number inside square brackets.

When you go to add a friend, you can see your character code.

Yeah, 1P is phenomenal, especially compared to the original. I love the unit write-ups in the armory and the UNN news.

What path did you guys choose when you had to choose between destroying the infested citizens or trying to save them? I sided with the protoss and said fk the doctor lady.
Also, Fiel is a cheater.

I want to get it but I have almost no money.
I'll probably torrent it some time soon, I suck at multiplayer so I'll just play the story lol.

Easy on the spoilers there. I chose to save em, but only because I wanted the zerg research.

Looks like WoW.
Why would you wanna play WoW in Space?

This is nuts. I played over probably 20 hours (or rather I had the game running for over 20 hours total) and I still only scratched the surface of all the single player mode has to offer. Of course it doesn't help it takes up to 5-10 minutes to load a mission or cinematics because my computer is actually inadequate in terms of RAM and video card. Also doesn't help I try to strive for some of the achievements on Hard mode that can be a real pain to do. However, I can ignore all that because Blizzard delivers.
Zeratul's memories is interesting, the "It's Just a Flesh Wound" achievement was annoying as b@lls to get but well worth seeing it. WTB more Credits so I can make my Siege Tanks deal 75% less damage to my own units.
I've loving the Lab research. So far I went this route:
Protoss: Ultra-Capacitators -> Orbital Supply Depots -> Command Center Reactor
Zerg: Fortified Bunkers -> Perdition Turrets -> Predator
I got some stupidly tough choices later: Cellular Reactor vs Regenerative Bio-Steel, Hive Mind Emulator vs Psi Disruptor, Raven vs Science Vessel. I'll be damned at the story related choices I'm going to have to take.

i find it was harder to choose between the story lines portions. Not to mention zeratul's final vision quest is absolutely ridiculously hard for people who can't micro and macrro at the same time (yes it
s damn hard even on normal. I might do it on easy mode cause i can't use protoss awesomely yet Dx)
as for me, I'd pick the + energy thing and tehn science vessels since they heal mech! Basically walking death traps now. reached the 25 achievement cap on both researches and all i have left is zeratul's quest and the final mission (i think)
Don't forget the nifty little secret mission too (a la broodwar with Zeratul + duran)

nothing like WoW oO. Not even a little bit
actually no I take that back. Zeratul can blink
Gotta say , these missions are hella intense compared to the original starcraft. I like how they have changing landscapes and stuff with the missions.
So..... I beat the campaign on normal (don't open spoiler if you don't want spoilers eh?)

You're a freak Rusty. I'm only on Mission 9 I think in story mode. Maybe the fact I'm playing Hard Mode doesn't help. Oh well I need the practice anyways.

The 1st mission where you mostly solo as Zeratul? I got a great hint for the end: Blink over rocks. I'll leave it at that.

The last mission Zeratul mission is awesome. The one where you just have to hold out as long as you can
